亚马逊卖家可以用Alexa助手了

爱玩游戏《命运2》的人知道，可以在打游戏的过程中，带上Alexa，这个时候Alexa作为你游戏里的虚拟助理，玩游戏的过程中有了虚拟助理，切换装备等等就显得得心应手了。看看具体操作的视频。

目前游戏已经正式对外支持Alexa了，Alexa将会对一些《命运2》相关的语音指令做出理解和反应，命令的前缀必须是“Alexa, 告诉Ghost...”（Ghost是《命运2》中的AI助手）。比如你可以说“Alexa 告诉Ghost给我装备raid装备。Alexa,告诉Ghost显示出在线好友。”而玩家得到的回应甚至可以是Ghost的语音回答。

很多脑洞大开的人会想游戏既然都Alexa助理，那么一天到晚在亚马逊上做销售的苦逼卖家，是不是也可以有个虚拟销售助理，或者虚拟管库存助理，再往好处想，甚至说是否可以有个运营助理呢？

答案是可以的！作为在亚马逊上卖家来说，新的福利来了，如果你用Alexa作为你的销售助理来管理您的亚马逊卖家账号，你会认为这个是很屌的，问问Alexa自己店铺的相关数据，或者让Alexa给自己的销售提点建议，马上就会成为现实。

亚马逊推出了卖方中心Alexa的Skills技能，这个技能叫做：Amazon Seller Central。所有美国市场卖家。您马上就会有一个新的虚拟员工，你可以叫他Alexa或者叫Echo都行，当然你还有一些对应的指令可以直接让你的虚拟员工Alexa帮你处理。

打开Skills的页面，目前搜索到的产品已经内测完毕，使用的时候就是把Alexa的Skills和你的卖家账户关联在一起。捆绑成功后，就可以问Alex的相关的问题了。

预计本月底开始上线供全部美国站的卖家使用。那么目前亚马逊披露的Skills里有哪些命令呢？

Get the skill 

To get started, enable the skill, link your seller account,and say "Alexa, start Seller Central."

Things to try:
• Sales summary by date. "Alexa, how are my sales?", "Alexa, whatwere my sales yesterday?" 
• Inventory recommendations. "Alexa, how is my inventory?" 
• Orders. "Alexa, do I have any orders?" 
• Campaigns. "Alexa, how are my campaigns?" 
• Feedback. "Alexa, how's my feedback?" and "Alexa,read my feedback."
• Buyer messages. "Alexa, do I have any messages?" 
• Payments. "Alexa, when do I get paid?", "Alexa,when was my last payment?", and "Alexa, what is my current balance?"

总结一下两个版本实际大同小异，目前开放了如下的虚拟助理服务

1、 直接问Alexa自己账号的生意如何

2、 可以问具体某一天或者某一周\月的销售额情况

3、 询问库存情况

4、 询问订单情况

5、 询问报的销售活动情况

6、 询问是否有留言

7、 询问是回款的时间和询问current balance

亚马逊首批推出的Skills目前只是一个简单的虚拟助理员工，但是对于卖家来说，这个无疑是一个大的进步，虽然目前只是简单的一些问答，但Alexa毕竟是人工智能的产物，有了Alexa的参与，后期的运营，CPC，引流等等，甚至店铺诊断是否都可以依靠Alexa呢？让我们拭目以待。
